Times they are uh'changin.
You would have to be completely disconnected from any source of information not to be aware of the positive and encouraging world in which we live.
The Earth’s beauty: incomprehensible. The magnitude of its size: unimaginable. It has cared for, corrected, moved and grown with us as well as within us. As we float around in this endless space and time, we are reminded of our tiny existence is mearly a blink of the eye.
This year, the color yellow has come to me as my inspiration for ahead works of art awaiting to leave my fingertips. My focus this season is BIG pieces, murals and large canvas dreams. But how?
Imagining what will come is the beginning of what will come. Attracting what you and I want for my creativity this year is not muddied by outside distractions of things I cannot change. As I accept the delicate balance between the good and bad within all of us, I ask myself to spend equal time with my creator as I do on addictive meaningless minutia information that serves no purpose satisfying my growth. I choose also to be kind and remind other’s “This is what they wanted, deal.”
As our world grows and Earth makes its adjustments for survival I will embrace the changes that are human influencers attempt to bestow upon me. Instead, spending my time picking up trash, planting spring flowers, doing art, cook fabulous meals for my husband, spread love through art to the island community in which I so dearly love and finally make a new friend.
Times are uh’changin—be the change for yourself you have been looking for, let go of nonsensical ill, and love your family deeply.
